SUITE RENTAL FOR ARTISTS
Mane Wellness is a great space for photography, videography, teaching classes & bridal and birthday parties.
We would love to share our private space Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with a clean, considerate service professional, looking to your grow your independent business in a quiet environment you can always count on.
Our garden like salon oasis is 25 ft x 20 ft. with 3 styling stations, 2 shampoo basins, 1 private facial/massage room. Including 9‘ x 9‘ spacious back room with refrigerator & Airfryer and 25 foot outdoor balcony.
The building has a rooftop lounge for all tenants & their guests to enjoy.
Additionally, the building also has large storage cages for rent starting at $150.
